We accommodate our
sellers and buyers by holding our auctions in climate controlled
centers. In Hiawatha, Kansas, we use
the National Guard Armory or The Fisher Center. If in Horton, Kansas, we use what
is locally known as the Blue
Community Building on the 4-H grounds. Both facilities provide
an area for local organizations to provide food & beverages during our
sales.

| HIAWATHA, KS:
|
|
The National Guard Armory
sits on First Street / Hwy 73 which runs north and south on the east end
of town. If you are coming from the east or west, stay on new
Highway 36 until you see the Highway 73 exit and signs that say
Hiawatha. Your landmarks will be those famous Golden Arches
and The Hiawatha Inn. At the top of this exit ramp, turn north
to go into town. You are now driving north on First Street / Hwy 73
North. Go through two stoplights. The second stoplight is
at Oregon Street (main street). IMMEDIATELY after the light, the
Armory sits on the west side of the street, across from the Sonic
Drive-In. Parking is available all around the building and
along the side streets.
The Fisher Center is a newer
facility on the southeast side of town. Follow directions above,
except at the first stoplight, turn east. Drive approximately
1 block and you will see it on the south side of the road with a
bright turquoise or teal green roof - parking in front.

HORTON, KS:
|
|
The Blue Community Bldg. is
on the 4-H grounds on the south/southwesterly side of town. If you
enter Horton from the south on Hwy 159, turn west on 7th Street and you
will drive right to it within two blocks. If coming from
the west, north or east, drive to the only 4-way stop (not a
stoplight, but stop signs) at 15th & Central streets. Your
landmarks are a gas station on NE corner; a quick shop store on SE corner; and a
new small bank on the NW corner of intersection. At this 4-way
stop, go south on Central Avenue to 7th Street. You will see the
building and parking on the west side of Central. It is literally
blue. |

FAIRVIEW, KS.

A few of our auctions are
held in Fairview, Kansas, at the property site. Fairview is
west of Hiawatha 11 miles on Highway 36 or at the junction of Highway 75
and Highway 36. It's a small town - pull over and ask anyone where
you need to go to get to the auction. |
